After calling several counseling services, this is the only practice that returned my call and was able to get me an appointment.
A friend recommended this place, however, no one answers the phone. I called and left two messages two separate days to get an appointment. I even asked for them to return my call if they are not taking new patients so I can move on. No response. Not a good way to run a business.
No one ever answers the phone. It takes days for someone to get back to you, if they ever get back to you. There's no oversight of the therapists. Have had to go to the office just to speak to a person about issues.
