As a therapist, I have worked with Daniel and Enrichment Services, (also with Kana, Jack and Krystal), for many years. My patients have always given Mr. Roberts great reviews stating that they made progress, learned about themselves, and resolved their issues. They report that Mr. Roberts is caring, efficient, and effective without all the fancy therapist talk. No one has ever reported a complaint against anyone in the office. In my experience doing group therapy with him, I found that he has the ability to connect honestly with patients and helps them succeed. One reason I am writing this review is because I know that most clients will never leave a review, especially if they might be identified. Those seeking counseling usually don’t want the public to know they have been in treatment, thus, they do not leave reviews. The second reason is that often a therapist will have serious mental health clients that are delusional, psychotic, homicidal, etc., those clients may leave a review but often will be negative because of their delusional state of mind, especially if they have been referred to an inpatient clinic. So in this format with Google reviews keep in mind that therapists usually have few reviews, not because they aren’t good, but because clients want confidentiality. Also weigh out the negative with the positive reviews, serious mental health clients aren’t always lucid in their thinking. My experience as a professional who refers patients to Mr. Roberts and enrichment Services, I have nothing but high regards and trust for the work he does.

Received great service with `Mr Roberts. He took the time to understand our issues and helped us change our negative patterns. He taught us about ourselves and how to have a successful relationship. We can now easily say we are happily married. We recommend this service.

Mr. Daniel was great, he had good insights and helped us through some rough times. He was down to earth and very helpful in assisting us in learning better skills, resolving resentments, and re-igniting our relationship. We highly recommend Mr. Daniel.
