Ensemble Therapy

Onboard process was horrible! I started the process for my daughter to be seen for a speech evaluation and chose this location since they had a better availability than other locations in the area. I was given the run around for weeks! My doctor sent them the referral 3 different times. When it was finally time to go through the process for insurance approval it got worse. The lady called me 2 different times with no context of what she actually needed from me. 1st time she called to tell me the referral didn't specify what was needed. I told her to look at the referral again and Boom.. it was right there. The 2nd call days later she called to tell me my the insurance is tricky and I needed authorization from a 3rd party Anthem blue cress and my doctor needed to call it in. Why would you call me and not the PCP? So I called my insurance to confirm a 3rd party authorization was needed and they didn't know what I was talking about. The PCP got back to me and said no authorization was needed so again....Ensemble rep didn't know what she was talking about. 3rd call was to schedule my daughter than she said it was virtual???? I waited this long for a virtual evaluation on a 3 year old with speech delay and they think she's gonna sit and speak to the therapist through computer. I told them to cancel it I will not be proceeding with this company. Honestly, I would have went through with them if it wasn't for the run around with the onboarding process.

Don't go here for speech therapy. They took 2 weeks after we filled out the paperwork and the scheduling team still hasn't called us for an appointment. So, I called today for my almost three year old daughter and canceled everything. I do think it's because me and my kids pediatrician along with everytime calling was asking for the SLP and not an assistant to work with her they were dragging their feet intentally! Anyways, If you have a child that needs professional and accredited speech therapist.. This is not the place for that. You've been worned here. Goodluck to the parents that need help out there and may God be with all of you.

Originally loved the clinic I had issues with my schedule and canceled all of my appointments because I wanted to go back so I didn’t lose my chance of going to this clinic. They didn’t cancel them instead marked me as a no show and now I’m permanently kicked out of there clinic they say they called and I have no record of any calls or emails I explained what was happening when I originally canceled the appointment slots they said they made note and now they say there is no note of me canceling nothing so now my daughter has to wait 3 years for an appointment and another clinic that is super far from me. They don’t care if their own employees do something wrong it falls on you and your child.

If i could give a 0 stars i would , let em start of by saying even to get the initial first appointment for speech Therpay for my son was a drag i had to be calling no one ever called or followed up ! Then after finally getting the first appointment was done by some no interest bland no personality “speech therapist “ … didn’t even try to interact with my son . Then after that no one reached out to schedule any future sessions it’s been over a month !! Do not take your children to this place !

My son has been coming to this location for over a year for physical and occupational therapy. The therapists are wonderful and have helped him make significant progress. They are very patient and encouraging.

I absolutely love all of the upgrades to the colton facility.

Excellent service

I wish I could write a good review about this place. At first they seemed great. We are new to speech therapy so wasn’t sure what to expect from them as far as the sessions go. My son would just play. His therapist would do very little interaction with him and after months of going seemed to make very little progress. I have to also add that while his therapist wasn’t available which was often, they never made other accommodations. She was gone for 3 weeks and I was told there was no other days he could be seen and there were no other therapist. Thankfully I was able to switch my son to another place and it has been such a turnaround. He is now signing and slowly saying words. His new therapist is fully hands on and you can tell the difference. I would not recommend coming here.

My daughter has been going just over a year now with my Miss Heidi. She is a great therapist, very friendly, bilingual, and my daughter always looks forward to her sessions.The front desk girls always are great. They always take the time to say hello and goodbye. Love how they have this interaction with the kids after their sessions are done they give them stickers.
