If it hadn't been for Beverly Norris our family would've continually been harrasted by phone and mail stating the $1,622.98 bill would be going into collections. Having called the R I Patient Financial Services over and over again I was told to call my health care provider who knew nothing about this bill. Beverly Norris is the most professional asset you have in the billing department. All though others in the same department failed to send the bill to our insurance provider. Within a short time she sent the bill to the right insurance provider and we were required to pay nothing! I would highly recommend that she is an instructor to others in the billing department to share her experience and knowledge to not have this situation happen to anyone else. She should even be given a raise. She is an excellent person who is gifted and kind in a intense department and should be acknowledged for being graceful under pressure.

Daron Rn, Nikki Rn, Dr. Berndt and April in registration were all beyond caring. I was very afraid of what might have been happening to me. I was reassured that I was in the right place and treated with dignity and respect. Turned out I am fine. I appreciated my fears and concerns being taken seriously. And I was discharged feeling confident that I am going to be alright.

Why is billing outsourced! So frustrating. I'm sure that it's not necessary.

The nursing staff Denise and Katie and cna Audrie went above and beyond keeping my husband comfortable and confident in his nursing care on his last stay in December. Thank you nursing staff for all you do.

I am not 100% if its changed but i was born here and let me tell you they do not mind robbing health from the unprotected from chapter 1 of life they removed my forskin it freaking sucks for hygiene lubrication and other health and cool related reasons kinda pissed off about it 28 years later 😞🚩 would recommend somewhere with you and your familys best outcome and health in mind not profits a d taking advantage of people.

Don't use this hospital if you want to live. This is not the nurses fault. It's the doctor's. We have seen more death from unnecessary or ignorant stands of care being ignored it's not even funny. Any local knows unless your bleeding out drive to park city. These guys killed my mother, and charged my husband 4,000 dollars when they handed me a bandaid to put on him and released him. He didn't even see a Dr. Were still fighting this one in court! Horrible place.

Hasn't been good for decades. They got new management and NOTHING changed. Same bad people leading/working in departments.

Some good staff, tremendously horrible prices.

Went in for a procedure.
