Most, not all, but most of the staff are low wage workers who don't really have any business working with special needs individuals. Most employees have no formal education or training to work with the clients they are working with. Higher level staff are horrible at communicating unless your loved one is causing a problem they want you to fix. Also, it would seem as if the higher level staff prefers family is not involved in decision making and being informed of what's going on in day to day life because that's just getting in their way.
