My son attended Evolving Minds from 2nd grade - 6th grade and we had nothing but an absolute wonderful experience. Through the years J worked with many of the wonderful ladies here. Renee, Gaby, Marvia, & Kathy to name a few. I will forever be grateful and thankful to all the EV minds staff for all they did for J and our family. From the center sessions, in home sessions and helping me advocate at IEP meetings over the years. THANK YOU!! 5 years of ABA and our sons growth is amazing. He has zero unmanageable behaviors at school now, is actively advocating for himself, helps around the house with age appropriate tasks and has so much self confidence! We have since moved, but if I could have taken these ladies with me I would have. The love, care and attention they gave my son and our family over the years has been invaluable and I will forever be grateful to them!!!

It is not easy to reach out heir bill department (only one person Rossana) if you have any billing issue. We have the bill issues couple times but it’s very hard to find Rossana to communicate I've sent all documents and told them to call me but she always avoid my calls. I waste so much time tried to connect her. It's not the first time to have the bill with problem. Even you go to the office they will tell you Rossana is not there and no one can help. It's hilarious to work so hard to make my payment. But the services there are all good. The front desk Joanna is very friendly and she always tried very hard to help. She even help Rossana to do extra work to communicate with the clients. Renee is very nice and she was our BCBA. You can feel the efforts she put on my son. She tried very hard to understand my son and arrange very experienced therapists for son since I requested so. Overall, I highly recommend this place except the bill department. Please ensure to check all transactions of every invoice. Update1: She called me after this post and agree to create a new invoice without the transactions with issue to let me make a payment. For those two with issue, she promised will contact the insurance company and get back to me. I was very surprised that she didn’t even read my email. (Yes she replied my email without even read my email and she admitted it) Hopefully things can be resolved this time. Update2: The owner is very understanding and supportive as always. She took over the bill department and communicate with me directly. She even wave the extra payment that I'm supposed to pay. Over all, I recommend this facility.

Evolving Minds is the third ABA company that we try for services for our son. After dealing with many issues from big companies that don’t really care for quality of service and only care about charging us, as of now Evolving Minds has been the total opposite. The staff is extremely professional and caring. It is a BIG difference in the quality of service when the owner is involved and works in the field. Patricia (the owner) is always available and ready to provide support to both of us parents and therapists. The supervisor for my son, Nikkie, is amazing, very knowledgeable, helpful and very caring. My wife and I are extremely thankful that we found a provider that genuinely cares for my son. I highly recommend Evolving Minds to any parent looking for services.
