Excel Speech Therapy Center APC

WOW. I was calling to inquire about availability for services and whoever answered the phone was rude and provided zero customer service. I called and the lady that answered said "Hello. Thank you for calling OT Etc (PT in Motion/Excel Speech)" I said "Hello, How are you today? What's your name" and the lady on the other replied with "How can I help you?" I asked again, "What's your name?" and this lady did not want to give me her name and gave me a big irritated sigh and said "How can I help you." So I hung up. First impressions are everything, and if you're front office is giving off that kind of attitude, it makes a big reflection on the rest of the company.

My son has been going to Excel Speech for almost 4 years. We have had a great experience and all of the therapists he has worked with have been super knowledgeable and friendly. Abigail is his current speech therapist and we absolutely love her!

Best speech therapy in Chula Vista & South San Diego. We work with the speech therapist Danielle who is excellent and we are seeing great progress with my son who is on the autism spectrum
