Excel Through Action

I went to see Helen from 2015 to 2020 i believe. At the beginning she was very helpful to me. But i think problems started when she began to see me and 2 family members all at the same time as patients. Needless to say I was worried about how this would effect us all. Which I expressed my concerns of conflict of interest, which was ignored. And it in the end did have a very negative effect on all of us. 1 family member isolated themselves from their entire family. 1 is now terrified of seeing a therapist. And me I've been told what was said about me from her to the other person. I was heart broken it was like this woman didn't actually know me at all. Needless to say I don't recommend her if you are at the lowest point in your life. I am happy to say that thanks to myself and my new therapist I'm in a better place.

Kit is a miracle worker! I suffered for 30 years and I never was helped till I met her. She saved and changed my life. I owe her for the life I have today. I came in hopeless and now I have more happiness then I ever thought possible. She is the most caring person I have ever met. She does above and beyond. Don't give up hope. Kit is knowledgeable, experienced and has a heart of gold. There is hope! I'm forever thankful for her.

Kit is an amazing person, professionally and personally. She forms a strong bond with her clients which in returns allows your sessions to feel as if your spending time with a friend or family member. Allowing her to efficiently do her job in evaluating the issues you may be having. I never feels as if I’m at an appointment when I spend time with Kit, instead it feels like I get the chance to relax and comfortably just chat with an old friend. I always leave her office feeling relieved and happy.
