The BCBAs, RBTs, and support staff consistently go above and beyond to ensure services are delivered ethically and with the highest level of fidelity. The commitment to client care is obvious in every aspect of the organization. What truly sets this company apart is that they value their staff just as much as their clients. RBTs are listened to, supported, and respected. Leadership fosters an environment where feedback is welcomed and voices are heard. Hagar does an outstanding job creating a culture of open communication and support, making everyone feel valued and understood.
Hagar has been the best BCBA by far. She goes out of her way to defend her clients. She takes time to talk to parents. My son loves his RBT, Micah to death! Micah is also the best RBT that has ever worked with my son. I will forever recommend Extraordinary Minds to everyone I talk to!
