Extraordinary Potential Psychological Assessment

Got set up to take some assessments in May this year, paid up front, took two days worth of tests with Tracy, but the day we were supposed to go over results she cancelled and hasn’t responded since. I’m out $1900 and never got my results or any reply, despite her initial offer to reschedule. I would encourage families seeking support to look elsewhere - Bliss Psychiatry in Iowa City offers assessments as well and are very responsive and helpful.

Dr. Ksiazak did a thorough psychological assessment for ADHD and was extremely warm, open, and professional throughout the entire process. She demonstrated empathy for me as I discussed my concerns with her and explained the processes of the assessment thoroughly. She also included a follow up session to go over my results and make sure I understood the results. She also provided me with plenty of suggestions, referrals, and resources to help me navigate my ADHD diagnosis and giftedness which was extremely helpful! I highly recommend her for anyone who is needing a psychological assessment done.

I have been trying to get a refund from Dr. Ksiazak along with my insurance company for 17 months. She told me that she was not in network, however at the time of service she was... so our insurance company sent her a check for service and told her to write off the rest & refund us a check for $2300. Dr. Ksiazak has yet to refund us and refuses to return my calls, text, or emails or communicate with my insurance company.....

I had an IQ test done here. Not only did I find out that I'm super smart, but I also had a fun time! Dr.Ksiazak is awesome! I was given a detailed breakdown report that shows what categories I'm strongest in. Thanks to Dr.Ksiazak's report, I will be applying to be a member of The International High IQ Society.
