Overall Fairmont Center name is incorrect. There are two businesses in this building. One is Country Roads Physical Therapy, and the other is Fairmont Fitness. I go to Physical Therapy, but not Fairmont Fitness Center
The one female doctor that works here seriously needs to check herself and go back to school.
A Great place to go
It was fairly clean, but it could be a lot better with some time taken for improving the appearance of surroundings. Not a shaded spot to be had for parking especially during summer months when it's EXREMELY HOT.
It is actually a physical therapy office named Mountain State Physical Therapy. And the staff is a great group of people.
