A huge waste of time.They have nothing to offer. Almost like they're just trying to get in your business.
Got our phone number wrong the first time and so we called to have it fixed and they messed it up twice which means we didnt get our phone call about needing to being there early which means we had to reschedule which will be effecting lots of things in our lives.
Very much a joke of an agency. Parents please don't waste your time here. They blew us off both with Bhis and regular therapy. No communication for months and the therapist keeps pushing appointments back without saying anything. The front desk worker won't communicate for you either. If this corrupt place hasn't already been sued I would be very much surprised!
The individual therapists are great but they have a gigantic issue with being short staffed. The staff they do have are rather personable and helpful though.
Honestly.. for it being a place that helps families.. it doesn't feel welcoming at all. The people are polite and most seem friendly. The place itself could use a mood change.
