I love this place and the new office so much. I have been a client for 15 years. I have grown by leaps and bounds and appreciate the support from my therapy team and caring and compassionate staff .

I love my providers, Doreen Storz (physician assistant) and Nichole (therapist). They are amazing and caring. I previously saw Allison (therapist) in January until she transferred me to Nichole in February. Only downside is the practice doesn’t use an EHR patient portal for patients to access their health information. Highly recommend this practice.

I have been using services at Family Guidance for many years and am very pleased. Saved my life.

I use to like them however now ever since my counselor changed they never get my appointment right. I have my appointments written down and they call me saying I missed my appointment... No sir I have it written as I heard them tell me. Plus when I call nobody ever picks up and never returns my calls. Now I received a letter saying I no longer can make appointments, because of your mistakes... Thank you for nothing. Worst place ever.

The intake person Georgie is awful. I stopped in to make an appointment per the website’s instructions and was told I needed to call. I called, and Georgie told me they weren’t making new appointments for about 2 months. I wanted to make an appointment, and cancel if I found something sooner, but Georgie thought “that would be a lot of work.” She said I should call around and find someone else. I made an appointment with another place only to have them cancel the day before because we have medical assistance as a secondary insurance. I tried Family Guidance again, and Georgie told me now they aren’t taking new patients and there’s no waitlist for when they do start accepting new patients.

I came for help as I was needing a counselor per my PCP. I’m so unhappy that I cancelled my following appt. I felt like I was being harassed by the therapist I was talking to about my personal choices and I feel like I wasted my money as I got no help from this place. My therapist was only doing zoom calls too and I live in the woods with very little reception. I was getting annoyed because she said that she couldn’t continue anymore appts unless my zoom would work. Another reason why I cancelled the following appt. just not happy or pleased with the manor of some people here
