THEY BILL YOUR INSURANCE AN EXTRAVAGANT AMOUNT FOR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BUT PHONE CALLS. MINNESOTA HERE YOU COME.
Family Insight is the worst place I have ever gone for therapy. They billed me, I paid, they processed it, then sent a collection agency after me. It affected my credit score. They never apologized or explained what happened. Now they are after me again to pay more when I stopped therapy there in September. They said it was because it was just processed by my insurance. I checked, it was paid to them in September. If this continues, I will seek legal proceedings against them.
Family Insight ABA program has truly been a blessing for me and my son. From the very beginning, they treated us like family— patient, understanding, and fully invested in his progress. Every therapist and staff member goes above and beyond to support not just my child’s growth but my peace of mind as a parent. The changes I’ve seen in him since starting services have been incredible, and I’m forever grateful for the love, consistency, and care they show. Family Insight isn’t just a program — they’re part of our family now.

This positive review is long overdue. The skill building run by along with its partnership with the therapists and the good working relationships amongst them and the autistic services provided for children I appreciated at the time and their was a sense of warmth 😊 and gratitude but not until I left the area did I fully realize how special the treatment was and how great it is that you use state and federal funding for the betterment of society. How grateful I am that I was fortunate enough to be wrapped up with so many gifted people in the right line of work for the right reasons while my children were young. How little at the time did I realize how much my happiness was due to the support provided by places like yours. To those of you that are Christians... keep fighting the good fight and keep using your many wonderful talents to bring a sparkle to the eye of the vulnerable
I absolutely LOVE my therapist Billing however is a mess. They don’t bill anything even if you have an approved amount ahead of time until insurance comes back with what they cover. (We were not notified of this until there was 2 times I was almost hit with a $500 bill at a time even though I had an auto pay on file.) policy says they have to charge full amount owed once insurance sends it back. They did not notate anything on my file when insurance was taking a long time or update the front desk staff and administration. I was called at one point when 3 months of bills came through all at once and told if I didn’t pay my bill or a payment plan was set up that I couldn’t continue to see my therapist because the front desk only saw the amount owed and didn’t know it all just hit my account. once I was aware of this I decided to take my card off of file and call and make manual payments. Things have been better this way but there definitely needs to be change. I almost left the office because of the billing practices alone. Talking to my therapist and front desk who worked hard to get to the bottom of it I found this new method that works great and I’ve had the best therapist I’ve ever had. We also weren’t notified that my therapist was out of network until 3 visits in
Currently looking for a new therapist. The one they connected me with was more interested in controlling her child than paying attention to me and what I was saying. You could hear her baby In the background and we had to keep stopping so she could catch him. It was pretty unprofessional and didn't make me feel heard. I understand having a small child but if you're working you need to figure something out.
