The employees at 5100 Peach St are always in a bad mood. They don’t hide it at all. One of them even insulted the college they share a building with and that school is amazing. I’ll never recommend Family Services of NWPA.
Wouldnt even give them 1 star! Don't waste your time go to a different company for fostering! They lie to save themselves from getting in trouble. Super rude and very unprofessional. They don't help you with anything. These are some of the nastiest people I have ever met.
Jordan has canceled on my grandson three times then double booked him when she scheduled him a different day
For a family counseling center, the receptionist was very rude. My daughter had a delivery going to an Amanda and the receptionist told her to start getting a last name as there are 4 Amandas there. She then stated that the Amanda she's looking for isn't where she's supposed to be so I don't know what to tell you. I hope they treat the clients that come to them for help a lot better than this. What a shame.
