Family Support Center

An amazing center where staff are dedicated to their clients and seeing them grow. As well as administrative staff being dedicated to growing their RBTs. It’s a joy to see the kids have fun while learning, growing, and have friends in the BT staff to cheer them on.

My experience at the “Central” Family Support Center has been great! I love the culture here and the leadership. Leadership here is trustworthy, professional, and has supported me and my co-workers in so many ways.

I have worked at FSC for six years now. It is exciting and rewarding to see the great progress our clients make. It is sad when it’s time to shave goodbye to my clients as they move on to experience other educational experiences in your lives, but that’s our purpose is to prepare them for their educational lifestyle elsewhere as they grow. I love my coworkers here. Management is good and the clients are absolutely adorable. They make my days fun, exciting and worthwhile.

Such a great center for autism services they meet all the needs of my daughter and has made a lot of progress with the help of all the staff here really recommend!

The Family Support Center is an incredibly rewarding and inspiring place. The RBTs demonstrate remarkable kindness and passion in their work, creating a warm and supportive atmosphere where children and families feel comfortable and cared for. The supervisors, SLPs, OTs, and BCBAs are highly interactive and always willing to help, providing thoughtful guidance and encouragement each day. Their teamwork and dedication make the center a strong example of professionalism and compassion in action. What stands out most is the happiness and connection shared among both the workers and the children. The entire team works together with respect, patience, and enthusiasm, ensuring that every child receives meaningful support. It is clear that everyone involved is truly committed to helping families grow, learn, and thrive. The Family Support Center represents the best qualities of human services, a place filled with positivity, collaboration, and genuine care for others.

Family Support Center is truly an outstanding ABA facility. The staff are incredibly professional, caring, and dedicated to helping every child reach their full potential. They take the time to understand each child’s individual needs and create a warm, supportive environment. Everything is so well organized from scheduling to therapy sessions and communication with parents is excellent. It’s clear that everyone here genuinely cares about the kids and their progress. The staff at the Family Support Center have been absolutely wonderful. The word family in their name truly reflects how we are treated each and every day. The care they provide for our son—and for us as a family—is exceptional, and we feel so fortunate to have their support. They consistently go above and beyond, listening carefully to our needs and working in partnership with us to ensure our child receives the best possible care.

FSC has been monumental in my daughter's development. I noticed signs with her pretty early and with this being unfamiliar territory for me, they made the diagnosis to daily session process pretty smooth for me. It's now approaching two years since my daughter started and she is so much more in control of her emotions and willing to accept change. The RBTs are very welcoming and there are a few my daughter has taken a specific liking to. She's always excited to go every morning lol. I recently moved but decided to stick with this center specifically due to the rapport and bond me and my daughter have developed with the staff. I highly recommend.
