Since my one star review on Allegheny Link got so many views, I decided to do the same with this horrible place. So in February I had a mix up with my check and of course Allegheny link saying that all their shelters were filled and me and my autistic son had to stay in the streets. I've never seen such a horror story. So I call this worthless place, and I say I need shelter and they said they couldn't help when I have son in kindergarten in charter school, who is autistic and has global development delay. I work online my son gets SSI and there is still no help with shelter housing, and really nothing else. Like these services in this county are the absolute worst, my son could of died being stuck outside in that weather, it's a good thing I work so hard with jobs and odd jobs for my son because these places like this are a complete waste. They offer nothing, and they care about no one. This place, Allegheny link and the rest of the waste are absolute trash. I am so tired of it and I'll speak my mind about everything I been going through.This place is just there to take up space. But anyway another review to get the word out there about complete garbage that helps no families in a bad situation.

I’m Still an individual with this company I have called millions and millions of times to get a hold of my worker and I get no response until days or weeks later does anybody know a better place to get services from?

Looks cleaner than last time I was here years ago.

I've have been receiving services here for the last 5-6 Years. Up until 7 months ago I was very satisfied with the service I recieved but since October there has been a very high turn over, and very little communication. I went from receiving therapy once a week to nothing at all for the past 4 months. I just keep getting told we will have someone for you soon. Not some where I would recommend anymore.

I used to go to the school side a long time ago. And thisbwas honestly the hest school that fit to any childs need while helping them learn.

I am not a patient here. I have tried to become a patient here for about 3 months now. I have called and tried to set up an appointment for therapy in their adult ADHD program and I keep getting different answers. The first time, the lady said they will send me papers, then I have to send them back and then they decided if I have ADHD and can get into the program. Never got the papers. Called again 3 weeks later and the second lady said she has never heard of them doing this and has no idea what I was talking about. So she transferred me to admissions, left a vm and I got NO response. I called 2 more times and left vm's again...with no response. I gave them about 2 weeks each time to get back to me because I know how busy they can be. What in the actual heck??????????? Like thank God I'm not suicidal or something, my goodness. Absolutely ridiculous. No communication. No organization. Maybe this place is great...but I guess I'll never know because no one ever returns my calls to make an appointment for the ADHD program. This might be a sign to go somewhere else!
