Was told my package would arrive Saturday, it updated to Sunday, and then update it to Monday 8 AM-2 PM. Then get an update With the picture of attempted delivery at a random house. Took about an hour to even get anyone on the phone through customer service. Wouldn’t recommend FedEx- 0/10, 1 stars is too many.
We got a package from Home Depot delivered by Fedex. The envelope was vandalized, came open, and the bottle inside was opened and had been mostly emptied. So, we received an open empty bottle of fuel oil additive and a dirty useless package to deal with. The workers are so incompetent, they can't bother to even look at what they are delivering!
I really wanna give them zero stars the lady my sister dealt with was horrible. I had a live animal shipped and because it came while I was at work. I sent my sister there while I was on face time with my id I also sent her pictures the lady sent her away 2x. Once with the pic id then she went in on FaceTime she said no. I had to contact the seller she added me. My sister went in again…lady said nope not on there. Got on with customer service he said he doesn’t know why and tried to get her to release it to my sister she still wouldn’t. The seller put in a case with customer service and the customer service man never put it through so as my sister went there for a 4th time she got turned away and then she went in a 5th time this lady is the one that actually deserves the 5 stars. I showed her my id she put in the case and released it finally to my sister. Im thankful my pet was ok but i was still mad that was animal cruelty. Just because you’re in a bad mood doesn’t mean you can just make up your own rules. So the fedex facility center in link dr Bing Ny I wish I cld have gotten the ladies name and the 2 customer service people that didn’t do there job

driver with dreads or twists was on the phone with gf crystal today driving the fedex truck while delivering to houses and showing her and using foul language and trashing the fedex company. really unprofessional and disgusting.
I am done with FedEx. Customer service is horrendous. Package was supposed to be delivered on Friday. Took day off to receive. Tracking kept changing times and never delivered. Spoke with 10 supervisors. I was assured would receive on Saturday. Driver has cell # if any issues. No package. All phone calls re routed to the Philippines. They can't do anything! It is a joke. Everything is yes but no results. I was fuming. 4 different supervisors hung up. I will never use FedEx again. I thought the founded was a US Marine. I served in the Marines. Get the job done or get out. In this day and age you can't reach out to a driver? My experience was dismal. You lost a customer. Also writing to corporate in Tenn
