Amazing services and very caring staff.

My daughter started going there in October. Since then her therapist Ms Ione no showed us, where she had an emergency and forgot to cancel our appointment and found out after we showed up. Then has waited last minute to tell us she will be out of town giving no time for another therapist to cover for her 2 weeks in a row and after the final straw was when we came and checked in before our start time and she showed up 15 minutes after our time (our session is only 30 minutes) and said oh I didn’t know you guys were out here and when I asked if she would still get her full session since I paid $80 upfront she said she would see because she has someone after us, then came back and said well technically the session is 24 minutes the rest is paper work I can set a timer for that. She did not seem apologetic at all and made me feel like we were just a number for her payroll. My Child speech sessions are important and we will not spend money where we do not feel valued. While waiting in the lobby I saw multiple therapist come out to check to see where their kids were some even met them outside before they even made it in the door so there was no excuse for her. I’ve watched the other therapist and they are great but Ms. Ione needs work

Very professional welcoming atmosphere.

Our pediatrician put in a referral for our son late in 2023. After talking to Feltz, we discovered the therapy wouldn't be covered under our insurance and the out of pocket was high. Our family had a change in insurance coverage after the new year that should cover the therapy, so we recontacted Feltz. However, we were made aware that Feltz put a 3 month "hold" on seeing our son since we "refused service" prior to our new insurance taking effect, and absolutely refused to see him. Avoid Feltz Therapy if you want a practice that actually cares about helping children and families rather than implementing ludicrous policies like the one described above.

Good luck getting an appointment. My daughter's pediatrician contacted Feltz on 2/27. I received an email from them to fill out the new patient paperwork and completed it by the following Sunday. I never heard anything from them, so on 3/23 I reached out only to find out I missed a name on one of the forms. They sent it back and I completed it again by the following Sunday. Now it's 4/23 and I still haven't heard from anyone. I'm beyond frustrated and disappointed with the lack of customer service and concern my child's well-being. I only gave them 2 stars because I'm sure the therapists are great. We just didn't get a chance to find out.

My two year old has been seeing Miss Laura for a few months now. She’s wonderful and has helped him so much. It did take an excessively long time to get an evaluation and appointment, but that’s because so many people have moved to the area and require therapy services, leaving an insanely long waiting list. And there will be a waiting list at any of the therapy centers. But since we finally got in with our therapist, my son’s speech has improved greatly. Miss Laura is so kind, articulate, energetic and fun and my son loves her. We are so great fil to be working with her!

Waited a week for a call back just to schedule an appointment absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional for a mom that's anxiously waiting for her infant to get therapy. Had to call just to see what was even going on only to be told that I would be called back the next day. Going somewhere else.
