Hello, this has been an excellent therapy place for my daughter. She has made great progress, and the therapists are very kind. The entire staff is very kind, friendly, and respectful. I highly recommend them.

Let me start off by saying I’m sharing my honest experience there. This particular clinic wasn’t great at all. The owner had never set foot in his own clinic when he was still near the DQ around Mall Blvd. They have since left and moved to another clinic. He had rented the place sight unseen and it was an extremely small space. The owner wasn’t truly about certain things with his staff and it caused a major rift. There was only one BCBA and I have to say I was disgusted with this person’s lack of professionalism at times. This BCBA allowed a client to be rude to an RBT and thought it was funny that said client didn’t want to work with the RBT. She also was disrespectful towards the RBT once more and went back and forth with RBT over something that should have been discussed private in regards to schedule changes and confusion. This BCBA went over the office manager and went to owner and got said RBT fired because of “disrespect” despite the fact that the BCBA was the one who was disrespectful. This BCBA also had questionable ideas despite others telling her otherwise. This BCBA has since left but I’ll never forget how tactless, ill mannered and disrespectful she was. I definitely blame the Office manager and Owner but especially the office manager for not doing anything about it.

This program has really helped a lot my son is understanding , communicating and expressing himself more. The team there are amazing.

I love this school! My baby has learned so much, speaking more, and behavior has improved thanks to these wonderful therapists at Fiesta! A token of appreciation ❤️

We were referred here from my daughter’s pediatrician for an ABA eval, the eval was fairly awkward even for me as a parent where they stuck us in a silent room and expected me to interact normally with my child in front of a very quiet stranger. The evaluator didn’t go through much information on what was expected or the process of what was going to happen that day, which made the situation very strange and uncomfortable. My husband and I felt that the situation during the evaluation was more forced and uncomfortable which led to us feeling maybe she needed to be reevaluated. We informed them we wanted to consult with a doctor on our concerns last Thursday and no one showed for the virtual visit. So they rescheduled for another visit without contacting me first to make sure the date and time was ok for the following week (today). Today we followed the link to join the appointment for today as well and surprise! No one showed again! My husband has now missed two days of work because of this. We will not be wasting anymore of our time with Fiesta Health.
