My daughter has been seeing Madison for speech therapy, and I couldn’t be happier with the progress she’s made From the very first session, Madison has been patient, kind, and incredibly skilled at connecting with her. I love how she is always asking questions to track her progress . My daughter looks forward to every visit and has gained so much confidence in her speech and communication. I would highly recommend Madison or Firefly for any parent looking for therapy for their children.

On our first visit they took us back to a small room with 3 other kids and their individual therapists playing games. It was hard to focus and hear with the noise and activity. The second visit we spent part of the session trying to find a place to do therapy because every place was maxed out. We ended up squeezed between the back wall and a partition in the staff kitchen while another child was having feeding therapy. It was cramped, hot, and smelled awful. Not a lot of therapy happened and not worth the hundreds of dollars we spent before realizing we needed to find a place with enough space to accommodate the number of therapy sessions they book.

My child's doctor recommended them saying they were the best. They discriminate against children for no VALID reason. It is a true shame that children cannot receive the help they need. If there was a true reason for a child to not be seen there you would think they would do their due diligence to make sure it was a valid reason. They don't. So just be aware. If the Referral Coordinator has a grudge against someone your child is related to, your child will not be seen here. VERY unprofessional office staff.

Zoey is our Speech therapist and she is AMAZING. Our son has been seeing her for 4 months now and he's made such progress! We love Zoey so much! We highly recommend Firefly!

We love Firefly! Mrs. Erin is amazing. The lady who works at the front desk is friendly and always very welcoming. My 4 year old loves the new facility and I love the improvements we are seeing in his behavior. It used to be a battle to get him dressed every morning. He only wanted pjs and his socks had to be a certain way or he would loose his mind. Now he gets dressed without any complaints and puts socks and shoes on with no arguments. He's also learning how to regulate his emotions and we are learning how to recognize and better handle when he is feeling frustrated. We are so grateful we found Firefly!
