This group of Therapists and Professionals is amazing! They are so kind and understanding and have helped my son so much! I would recommend them to anyone and have! The people in the office are just as great and always eager and happy to help.

Firefly is such a lovely therapy clinic! My son has had therapy with them for almost two years now and the entire staff is fantastic. They’re so welcoming and understanding. I absolutely recommend anyone thinking about bringing their child here, do it!

My review is less about the actual speech therapy services received and more on our overall experience. We were told that our insurance coverage limited services to 30 minutes per visit, with a max of 20 visits per year. I did not confirm this myself - shame on me, I should have. After several months I called our insurance company and learned that there is no time limit on each visit. When I called to inquire why I was told there was an "insurance limitation" I was told that the clinic limited our visits to 30 minutes because the amount they are reimbursed from BCBS is insufficient to cover the cost of their therapists. Now, I understand this is a for profit business and I don't expect free services. HOWEVER, I do expect to receive honest communication and if I had been told this information up front I could have made an informed decision about whether to continue with services, or attempt to find another clinic that would be able to provide a full hour of service for each visit given our insurance coverage. I feel ultimately this was a disservice to my son, who desperately needs speech therapy, as now we have used 70% of our visits for the year but in essence only received half of what we could have with another provider. Therefore, I'm disappointed with the clinic and have transitioned elsewhere. I encourage others to ask very specific questions about insurance coverage and confirm the information directly yourself.

Great clinic. But it would be nice if they answered their phone after many many attempts. And an appointment confirmation time reminder would be great.

This practice truly cares. You can tell the staff are happy to work there which is so rare nowadays. They are like a family that just makes you feel home. Steph couldn’t be sweeter! Firefly will help you find your light :)

Great location. The team is easy to work with and most helpful and accommodating. Parents and guardians are able to have their children seen in the same place if they have a need for more than one therapist. Real time saver for parents and children are serviced by wonderful professional therapists.
