Been waiting months to get my son into OT, kept being told "we'll be able to schedule him in 2 weeks" I called every weeks "Wait another 2 weeks, we'll call" "Soon, wait 2 more weeks" "2 more weeks, 2 more weeks" Now today, after I hadn't called for about 3-4 weeks, I'm told "Yeah, your son has to wait a couple months to be seen. Our OT just had surgery and will be out for months" This is such BS. And last time I tried to get my son into services here, I had the same runaround, but last time the OT was having a child or something. Absolutely ridiculous. Thanks for wasting my time. If you'd all be honest, I would have taken my son somewhere that's actually competent, instead of wasting months on nothing.
One of my girls sees Mrs. Cheryl and she absolutely loves her. She has done just a wonderful job of helping her with her speech. My other girl sees Ms. Faith now for OT and loves her. They both enjoy coming and learning how to deal with the problems they have. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else
My daughter absolutely loves Miss Haley and the PT women too. She enjoys herself and there has been SO much improvement. They work with her and tailor everything to her needs and her likes and interests. Since starting, she feels more confident in her abilities and I see improvement in the day to day. It has been amazing and encouraging. They even got training specific for her language needs. If you have a gestalt language learner, or any style of learning, I highly recommend!
My son receives OT services at FSPT. The services are terrific. The staff are very kind and polite. I have seen so much progress.
The staff are so friendly and helpful. Amber is absolutely wonderful and Cheryl does such a great job with my granddaughter! We love coming to fspt!!!
The best therapists in the MOV. My kids have done speech, physical, and occupational therapies with them, and I can’t believe their progress. They truly care about their patients, and they make therapy fun while they are doing work. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
My son has been in speech 3 years. The first year he was not making progress and was considered nonverbal but as soon as he was placed with Cheryl he began to flourish. He is now a verbal child speaking in sentences and make advances in leaps and bounds! He also had Kayla for OT and I have loved watching him grow and learn to do multiple tasks and activities that she has taught him! Would totally recommend this location to anyone!
My son was doing his weekly therapies today and I was waiting in the waiting area. Miss Cheryl Heater and Amber the front desk clerk did not realize I was in there and could hear them and were saying very nasty things about me and my child, as well as another client that had just left. We will definitely be pulling my son from their services and will never be back.
