I have been coming here since my son was in kindergarten, I absolutely love the staff! The therapist that we have seen unfortunately have left to pursue other opportunities for their work but we do miss them. The front desk staff have been very helpful and understanding with certain things that you may ask. Kysha does a fantastic job scheduling when this place can get a little noisy, Lettish I can say has been here from the beginning of my sons therapy and has helped alot with my sons scheduling his therapy and asking if I would be okay with this or that before just changing us. Angela works along side lettish now at the front desk and I adore her kindness and how she treats everyone with respect just as much as lettish and Kysha and all the therapist that see these kids on a daily basis.
JUST GRADUATED!!!! these 4 years were the best experience for my daughter. I loved see her growing and evolving to her better self accompanied by Solange, Elizabeth, Kara and last but not least Erika. I’m delighted and deeply honored to work alongside them on this amazing journey and please continue to support our beloved children ♥️
Very nice, friendly, and clean my son enjoys coming here.
The most disrespectful placed I've ever visited that's supposed to help ppl. Been taking my son here since October of last year because we had minimal options. The front desk is rude & will not greet you, looking at you sideways when you speak as if you've offended them. One of my son's therapist Ms Van is very nice nasty. I thought she was trying to help me by informing me about a center called Karen Seigal for my son. It was a sligh & underhanded insult. My son is not retarded & she kept making other remarks saying he will be in occupational therapy for the rest of his life. Today my son wet his pants, Ms Van had the AUDACITY to say they don't have a changing table. My son is 5"1", fully potty trained, & does not wear diapers. He just had an accident & is partially nonverbal. More about the front desk. I was literally minding my own business when the front desk was grouped up with Hispanic parents talking mad trash about me when I walked by. I am sick of this place. My son has been awaiting speech therapy since October 2024 & June 2025. And the parking HA, good luck. If you're a black woman, don't go here around these racists & disrespectful ppl. Communication is not good either.
Terrible place to take your children to therapy they do whatever the want, they first lost my son's referrals, I waited 2 years to get my son's therapies, later they changed the therapist without telling me ,then they tell my son have therapy twice a week again without telling me they scheduled me Monday and Wednesday and the lady on the front told me Monday OR Wednesday. So today I called because I had no transportation because medicaid transportation put the wrong address and can't reschedule because I WORK and the only days I have is Monday and Wednesday as they requested. So they want to punish me just because I can't make it, I DON'T HAVE A CAR OR HELP. I've been going through a lot of shit with this people I'm really done with this bullshit
Beth the evaluator was, not only late for our appointment, but basically said we should go somewhere else for our therapy. Only went for one month and had alot of rescheduling due to being short of staff. The Race Trac bag and soda shown me how much this place cares about therapy for a POST-SURGERY client. Also unsafe seats in the lobby; kids may hurt their fingers. Would i recommend for others..No not really.
