The worst! no even 1 star is deserved. They only like to work with almost normal kids. They discriminate the ones that need the therapy the most!

I had a very disappointing experience at this ABA center. My son has level two autism and clearly needs consistent ABA services, especially for support with school behavior, challenges at home, and potty training. However, after the evaluation, they determined that he doesn’t qualify for services—something I cannot understand given his ongoing struggles. It feels like the staff doesn’t take the family’s actual needs into consideration. Instead, it seems like they have their own criteria that don’t reflect what the child truly requires. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most unhelpful and frustrating experiences I’ve had with any provider in Florida. As a parent, I felt ignored and dismissed, and it’s deeply upsetting when your child’s needs are not taken seriously.

We have had an amazing experience here. We have been going daily for several months and our kiddos have progressed SO much. Thank you to everyone at the Lake Nona Autism Center, for everything that you do, we appreciate you! ❤️
