My son has been attending FAC melbourne for almost 4 years and have had nothing but success! They absolutely adore their babies and it shows. Unlike many ABA centers, FAC does not attempt to eliminate stimming UNLESS it is causing harm to others or the child itself. Their communication is top notch as you can text or email them at any time during the business day and they will respond within the hour. You also have full access to clinical notes, so you can see a play by play of the entire session. They also have monthly family guidance meetings where you meet with the ABA and discuss the treatment plan and any concerns you may have. FAC is our second family and we love them dearly!

If I could give zero stars to this place I would. These people literally kicked out my son because their staff was not trained enough and new to the field to deal with kids with severe Autism and ADHD. They call themselves an autism center but are horrible with communication and don’t know how to deal with severe cases. I explained multiple times that my son required strong RBTs in his case and they literally did the opposite and no one wanted to deal with my son. I am not popping him into meds just because people like these don’t know what they are doing. I have reported them to the insurance because why accept my son and do all assessments on him and still take him if you guys knew you didn’t have the strength to deal with a case like my son. From the very first start I had horrible communication with the BCBA. They don’t update you during the day. They were breezing through his pull-ups and wasting them and lastly they did not even give me time to just tell me straight up that my son was not safe for their staff. Also their doors can be easily opened from the inside and my son is an eloper. So he opened the doors plenty of times trying to escape. Thank goodness nothing happened to him. Do yourselves a favor and DO NOT put your child here unless it’s an easy case for them !!

Amazing place that has taken such excellent care of our boys. The staff is compassionate and the leadership is directly involved in care. We have been patients for 2 years and the impact they've had on my boy's lives is immeasurable. I am so happy this place opened.
