I love FAC!
The most wonderful amazing best decision I have made. My son was diagnosed with autism 2 years ago. I didn’t know much about autism, but I did some research about it. First day when calling this wonderful facility the staff put me at ease and felt very comfortable. My family are very traditional and knows nothing of my son diagnosis. I can say this! This facility understands, caring and work hard. My son can walk, his talking is improving so much. I see so much improvement. This is Our only family that I can say I will put my trust in. They keep me up to date, they are very respectful and caring. My son keeps surprising me with new things. I CAN SCREAM SO LOUD ON THE TOP OF MY LUNGS!! I LOVE YOU ALL AND THANK YOU SO MUCH. Bless you so much
My son came back to FAC after covid19 shutdown. Majority of the staff is new so I was very anxious. That lasted about 3 days! My son is so happy here & the progress he's made is amazing. The staff is so comforting it feels like you're dropping your kid off to family. Laurel, Karly ,Charlotte and all the staff thank you. You truly make a difference. I sincerely appreciate each and every one of you. RBTs are phenomenal. Definitely recommend
This place is wonderful! I was so nervous about being away from my son, they made the transition so smooth and easy. All of the therapists are so caring and attentive not only towards the children but the parents as well. Everyday he comes home it's like he's a different kid! He's talking more, doing new things INDEPENDENTLY! Drop off times, his therapists comes out, he'll go grab her by the hand & off he goes NO TEARS. The director just makes you feel like everything is going to be ok & it is. He's such a picky eater, now he's trying to eat more independently. I pack his lunch and snacks, they can get him to eat at least half of his lunch and snacks. I'm totally ok with that. He gives me a hard time when he's in his mood. They do the best they can in that regard, as long as he snacks I'm good. They're really hands on. You'll know how many pull up changes, what they eat, what they've done etc. If I could give a higher score I'd do it without hesitation. If you need ABA, I highly recommend this center. Schedule a visit to see for yourself. FAC you guys are the Best!
My daughter attended this facility for 4-5 mo. We thought they would do what was in my daughter's best interest, but they did not. A lot went on we did not know about. Reports do not match up and we can't get any real answers. We pulled my daughter immediately. They did not even care enough to call until we kept bugging them for more information. When we left we were not even sure who was running the facility. We are very upset about the way our daughter was treated and feel guilty for trusting them. If you need ABA, use someone at home so you can see exactly what they are doing with your child.
