Josh helped to relieve my back pain. Between the traction machine for my back and the exercises that were simple enough to do at home, I regained quality of life. Josh is what makes FTC a welcoming place for physical therapy. I observed Josh give quality and kind care to everyone... from children to the elderly, male, female, and diverse cultures. I had a great experience with my physical therapy sessions, working with Josh. He was always friendly, patient, and professional, and he created a very welcoming and comfortable environment. The exercises were effective and truly helped relieve the pain I was dealing with. I had rotator cuff surgery May 7, 2025 and began therapy on June 6th. Josh is fantastic and made PT fun! I learned a lot and I’m continuing my recovery at the gym using the tools he gave me. I’m actually a bit sad that I was cleared from PT!! If you go to Florida Therapy Center you won’t regret it!

I completed therapy with Lauren following repair for a ruptured distal bicep tendon and the process was better than I could have ever hoped for. They were very accommodating to my schedule and I was able to complete my therapy by using all three of their locations. Lauren, Josh, and Matt were extremely friendly, supportive, and helpful. They each have a vast knowledge of what they are doing and care personally for each and everyone of their patients. I would highly recommend any one of them for any and all rehabilitation needs you may have or for any of the other services they offer.

I had a frozen shoulder that is now all thawed out thanks to their amazing Occupational Therapist! In just 12 weeks I have almost my complete range of motion back and no pain. Thank you so much for the hands-on support and guidance. Highly Recommend!

Was with Florida Therapy for a few months for knee pain. They have very flexible schedules and learned loads to continue working on strengthening my knee going forward. Worked with Josh and he is awesome to work with. Highly recommend if you find yourself needing PT.

Love these guys!! I had gone to another PT place not too far from this one, and was not pleased with their services. They made it difficult to deal with their admin department trying to work on my insurance authorization, and I never got better after 2 months of PT, but I digress. It’s about Florida Therapy Center! Josh is great and keeps that place lively and fun. You might feel a little intimidated at first because they treat several patients at the same time, so there’s not much privacy, but I soon came to absolutely love this style and felt like I was walking into a room with friends every time. And the best news is, my shoulder is 99% back to full ROM and zero pain!!!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰 Thanks Josh and team!!!
