I have been working with Lynsey for a few months now and I couldn’t be happier with all the growth I’ve been able to make with her by my side. She has helped me work through severe trauma, depression, and anxiety and I feel so much better after every single appointment. She is the most supportive, kind, caring, and upbeat person that I have had the privilege to work with. We have used multiple methods of treatment including EMDR and I feel as though she has a broad understanding and takes a very individualized approach to find the best methods for each of her patients. Lauren is fantastic! I’ve seen many therapists and she is by far the only one I’ve actually had tangible results from. Talk therapy didn’t work for me in the past. Lauren uses EMDR and it’s so much better! I cannot recommend her enough!
