Former Employee Honest Review — Please Read Before Enrolling Your Child As a former employee who dedicated two years to this clinic, I feel compelled to speak out — not out of bitterness, but out of deep concern for the children and families who deserve better. I ultimately chose to leave because of the blatant lack of respect the owner, Ever Quiñones, shows to both clients and staff. This is not a place where children come first — it’s a place where profit takes priority over people. Ever treats employees and clients alike as if they’re disposable numbers, not human beings. The glowing reviews you see online don’t reflect the clinic itself — they come from the individual dedication of the behavior technicians, who pour their hearts into their work despite the circumstances. Many of us stayed far longer than we should have because we truly cared about our clients. Behind the scenes, there’s a very different story: Closures have been hidden from parents due to not being up to code. Supplies are often scarce, leaving staff scrambling to create a “therapy environment” out of donations. RBTs receive little to no real training — only criticism without guidance. Even the furniture seems chosen to fit an “aesthetic” rather than meet the needs of children on the spectrum. During so-called “team-building” activities, the owner has even made offensive jokes about people with disabilities, calling them “crippled.” The result? A toxic, fear-driven environment where employees feel silenced and undervalued, yet continue to show up for the sake of the kids they love. This is not the nurturing, ethical, or transparent clinic that families are led to believe it is. Children deserve to learn and grow in a place where their caregivers are supported, respected, and equipped to help them succeed — not where morale is broken and compassion is treated like a liability. If you’re a parent searching for the right place for your child, please look elsewhere. The children — and the people who care for them — deserve so much more than this.

I don't know how to explain how grateful I am to see my kids, who are 5 and 3 y/o make progress. I'm so proud of the RBTs. They're the most beautiful, patient, and hard-working people that I know. My family loves them. (Andrea and Genesis.) Thank you for everything. under BCBA direction. Jennifer is super intelligent, safe, and professional. The director, Ever and the admin team are great. We know that you're the head of all the good things that Foundart has,The activities and fun ideas our kids love. Erika and Prince super nice receptionist always help me. My kids are happy to go there every day. Thanks to all of you for your passion and big hearts. We know it's a lot of work. Every one to need a good place to ABA therapy this is the best place super recommended.

The BCBA's at this clinic genuinely care about their clients and will go above and beyond for them. All of the RBT's and staff were knowledgeable and helpful throughout my time there.

This is an amazing ABA clinic!!! My son Logan has made such a big improvement and has learned so much. The staff here are warm, friendly and wonderful with the kids. So happy with the progress my son has made. They are perfect matchmakers when pairing up a child with a therapist. So happy we found them. My son loves it there!!!
