As a patient and colleague, Maria has been such a joy to work with. She was able to identify significant issues with my vision and balance and give me strategies to help stabilize those so I could get back to work on a regular basis. She is a wealth of knowledge. Every conversation is a master class on the brain and body. She has always been willing to share strategies that would help my students integrate their brains and bodies to allow them to access text during our reading sessions.
I consider Foundations for Learning to have been life-saving for my son. Maria is a wealth of knowledge on all things OT. She was able to work very hard with my son and offer many suggestions for us to implement at home and also in school. I never thought I would see the day that my son would not require OT, but he reached that point with Maria.
