Ms. Patricia is incredible! Would give 10 stars if I could. She is so thorough and really takes her time to make the kids feel comfortable. She’s easily accessible via text, call or email and responds quickly. The initial evaluation was so detailed and insightful, and she took the time to call and explain each section to us and answer all questions. We came up with a course of action together instead of a therapist just saying “yep your kid needs this let’s start next week”. I felt that I truly understood what my kiddo needed after chatting with Patricia. She also went above and beyond when it came to my insurance. She took it upon herself to call them and figure out how much they would pay for each service, then she presented me with a detailed cost breakdown. This was so helpful and appreciated in a world where most providers force you to figure that part out with words and codes you don’t understand. She truly cares about the kiddos and families she works with. So lucky to have found her!
