I would have left a negative review of that was possible. These people almost killed me. So I call make a complaint and then was let go as a patient. I am fine with it i was leaving anyway. They dont refil meds ina timely matter, they lie about what you tell them, and they will let you go through withdrawals with no care or problem. Stay safe and stay away.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I have severe trauma from this place. They had me grouped with kids who tried to commit severe crimes. They also didn't really give a damn about mental health like the say they do. They treat you like a prisoner there. They don't make you better. Do not go there

I tried to schedule an appointment after being reffered to these people and they refused to see me saying that I don't live in their area!?!? What damn difference does it make where I live!? I've got insurance, and I have transportation as well Don't trus5 these people for Mental Health Care

I just was set up here and I got a missed call from the place so I called back and I didn’t know who called me and the lady who answered was very rude about it

I really like the counselors that I have dealt with here

Poor service, scheduling, and lack of communication. I showed up for my appointment after having to leave work and drive 45 minutes just to get told the lady I was seeing left EARLIER this morning. They sent me a reminder of my appointment time but NO ONE CALLED TO RESCHEDULE IT. So now I have to leave work AGAIN TOMORROW TO DRIVE BACK UP HERE. Top it off I was just HERE YESTERDAY TOO!

I'd give them zero stars if i could. How does a therapist at four rivers diagnose someone with a disorder without ever speaking to that person. Extremely unprofessional where did they get their license from? The cracker jack box? I was not surprised to see tons of bad reviews about this place and the mass amount of Unprofessionalism That Happens on a daily basis here. People would be better off going to another place to seek help. Don't waste your time or money.

I saw a very unprofessional counselor I think she took a week course to be one. I'm not saying that to be rude but my experience was horrible. I was told my stinking think is causing my depression she told me over and over. Not once did she ask me questions it was her assumption I walked out on her and as I was walking out she said something under her breath I was appalled!! The front desk lady is extremely unprofessionalism and also. I have decided to report them . I will ever have counseling again because of this lady!!
