Unfortunately, my experience has been consistently frustrating as of recently. The front desk staff are unresponsive and rarely answer phone calls. Instead, they rely heavily on text messaging, which has led to frequent miscommunications. On multiple occasions, they’ve misunderstood my availability and booked me at incorrect times. What’s worse, I’ve then been lectured by the therapist for "missing" appointments I was never properly scheduled for in the first place. It’s incredibly disappointing to be held accountable for their administrative errors. Professionalism and clear communication are the bare minimum in any healthcare setting, and sadly, that standard is not being met here. It was at one time but they must have gotten new staff.

Ava Sorge has been a blessing. I finally found a therapist I feel comfortable with. She is as caring as they come, and you will feel it. It's nice to talk about the regular things in life (movies, hobbies, etc) and then outta nowhere... BOOM- knowledge bomb drops. Ava.. keep up the great work, and thank you.

Peter Freund was an absolute game-changer for me. His approach to cognitive behavioral therapy is not only professional but also incredibly empathetic and understanding. Peter helped me to identify and challenge negative thought patterns, giving me practical tools to navigate life's challenges with more confidence. His guidance has empowered me to make positive changes and live a more fulfilling life. I highly recommend him!

I'm honored and grateful had worked with Katrina the best therapy!! She helped me so much even in my worst time. I have change and grow so much bc of her. I'm really thankful for her, i will never forget what she done for me!! 😭🫶

This is the place to go for Cognitive Behavioral therapy. I've been seeing someone here for a long time and I hope I don't have to change anytime in the future. Feeling anxious or having trouble taking control of your life, they will help!

Ryan is the best therapist I've ever worked with. In 4 years of therapy at other places I've never felt as though I was making progress. After only a few sessions with Ryan I feel like there may be some hope after all. She's the first therapist I've had who really paid attention to me and how I feel rather than the cookie cutter type help I received elsewhere. She is very understanding, calming, helpful and just plain awesome! Regardless of what problems you may have you should definitely call her office.

Premier Counseling is awesome! I've been seeing Ryan for a long time now and I can say from knowing her, she truly is an amazing counselor and an awesome person! I'm 18 and I've already gone experienced a lot of life's ups and downs, but Ryan has allowed me to feel at peace with my past and help me with coping skills for the future. Through Ryan I've established a better relationship with my family and better communication skills. If you would've told me 8 months ago this is where I would be, I wouldn't even believe I'd be alive, let alone successful in moving my life in the direction I want it to. Thank you so much for all your help Ryan! I have recommended her to friends and I would recommend her to anyone seeking any kind of counseling!! :)

Wonderful allies of the lgbtq community! Ryan and Katie are amazing! I was a member of their anxiety support group and had great results with overcoming some of my fears. I also made great friendships with the other group members. With Ryan, I also did relationship and one-on-one counseling. I always felt better about myself after having sessions with her. She helped me find the confidence within myself to pursue my goals (one of those goals being to move across the country with my fiancee'). I will truly miss Ryan and hope to find a therapist half as warm and caring in my new home if and when times get hard. Thank you so much for everything!!!
