BUT THE STAFF AT FROEDTERDT ER OR EMERGENCT DEPT!! EXCEPTIONAL CREW, LIKE A PIANO, ONE PLAYING, ONE DANCING AROUND THE PIANO BLOWING SIFTLYBTHEBOAGEBOF MUSIC, SO THE MUSIC CONTINUES!! AWESOME people CLEAN EFFICIENT

This is for the PT department, stop being more worried about money and worry about your patients, they DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU GETTING BETTER, just making sure you come back, I’ll go to a PT that wants patients to get better. Total failure on every level! Kimberly did nothing for me in 3 months, I actually got worse. Good job! Sooooo I needed physical therapy and thy were top of the list for my new insurance, called on Friday, they said we will call you first thing Monday, they didn’t, so I called them, and they wanted me to book with an assistant, not a therapist. When I said no thank you, the woman on the phone became rude. This is the second time this has happened, I don’t know what happened to Froedtert but their physical therapy and schedulers are by far the rudest people in healthcare, I called a different physical therapy place and they were more than willing to help me with warmth and concern. Froedert is cold and rude. I just wanted froedert so they could see they doctors notes, but their attitudes are awful and don’t seem concerned with patients at all, just how they can get the money as fast as possible, almost a year apart and I got the same cold response. What a shame Froedert was top notch

Dr. Curtiss is the most devoted, attentive and informative doctor you could ever hope to find. She has treated me several times with spinal injections. This is a very delicate procedure. This is when you want the absolute top doctor to perform it. I have never had pain and her calming demeanor will make time go by very fast. Your in and out. You will love her and trust her. I could go on and on but I will stop here.

I will be looking for an obgyn who actually cares about patients I’m pregnant so I saw dr merryman at this office for a sooner appointment to be seen my appointment was for 9am I got to the clinic on time for the appointment but didn’t see the dr until about 10:30-40ish I had my 2 yr old with me she started yelling at my child to “Stop It!” multiple times in a mean spirited manner and then as she was using the Doppler to hear the fetal heart beat she was putting a lot of pressure on my uterus wasn’t very pleasant at all I’ve had multiple pregnancies but never experienced a dr handling me as careless as this dr did and the appointment was rushed I didn’t feel cared for I felt quite uncomfortable I don’t know maybe need better quality of caring for all patients and their needs

The Dr Roger Beaumont is the best, I have been his patient since he had New Berlin Family Practice, has always listened and cared for my health, the staff at the front desk is over the top, if you are looking for a health center try them out

Terrible patient care. Waited months for an appointment only to be told the day before the doctor would not be in and i would have to wait another FOUR MONTHS! That's absolutely ridiculous. Do not go to this facility if you care about your health.

I’ve been coming to Mooreland Reserve for over 5 years as a patient of Dr. Anna Edlebeck and couldn’t recommend this facility more for most of your healthcare needs! Wether you need to see primary care, urgent care, physical therapy, specialty clinics, or just to refill a prescription you can count on this Froedtert facility to get the job done as it’s one of the best in the greater Milwaukee area outside of the main campus itself. Today 8/4/25 I came in for elbow pain which was diagnosed as elbow tendinitis. Dr. Edlebeck developed a treatment plan including x-rays, orthopedic specialists, and the right medication to satisfy my medical needs. She was very professional as was the nursing staff and front of the house when I checked in with the receptionist. They even squeezed me in at the last minute the day of the appointment, which I greatly appreciate as this injury is limiting my productivity at work. Overall I left happy and am glad to recommend this facility, as well Dr. Edlebeck to anyone looking for a good primary care doctor and hospital to go to. You won’t be disappointed, and if you are they will work with you to make sure you leave happy and satisfied!
