They are miracle workers. I was referred by my Dr. For severe back pain. I was getting no relief from Flexeril or steroids. I couldn't lift my leg to get into bed. I thought I would be crippled forever. I had Deanna Penick the first day. She showed me stretching and core strengthening exercises. She then finished with the stimulator. I left and couldn't believe it when I could lift my leg to get into the car after one session. It truly felt like a miracle since nothing else had helped. I continued for a month with Donna Gentz. She continued and added exercises and did a lot of teaching and helpful tips. I am now better than before this episode. Also thanks to Jacob who does a fantastic job with scheduling. Thank all of you very much. Oh yes, I'm the one who spent $2000 at the Good feet store, bought a lightweight vacuum and new mattress out of desperation. Nothing helped until therapy with you all.

I want to give a shout out to Jacob who clearly keeps this department a well-oiled machine. He is on top of the appointment book and is top notch at scheduling. He greets me by name and makes me feel like I matter and I’m not just another patient. Jacob is professional and exceptionally personable. I look forward to seeing him before my PT appointments begin.

Ana is a great therapist! She is encouraging and so knowledgeable! She is great motivator.

My experience with the PT/OT Department at St. E's Ft. Thomas could not have been better. Occupational Therapist Annette is outstanding. I saw incredible improvement in my post surgery and lymphedema condition after just two visits. Her expertise and command of treatment techniques is impressive. One of the most effective practitioners I've encountered on my cancer journey over multiple hospital systems. Jacob at the PT/OT front desk excels as well. He's endlessly patient, welcoming, and helpful.

I’ve been to PT many times over the years for the same issue. I have worked with both Ana and Susan as a team and have quickly gained relief. I was fearful that I was headed down the road for another surgery. Ana and Susan are very dedicated and know what they are doing. I have never felt so confident that my pain would be resolved before. I first started working with Susan and then Ana added her knowledge and talent. These two PT’s took a unique approach to my problems as so many others in the did in the past did not and I believe this is why I have not had long term success. I truly appreciate the respect, prompt service, and attention to detail that Ana and Susan have provided to me over the course of my need for PT. 5 Stars!
