We absolutely love Ms. Mimi and Ms. Katie. My son has been with them for over a year and has progressed so much thanks to their commitment and dedication. They are incredibly patient and kind, and I know they have my child’s best interest at heart. We are so blessed to have found them!

I am deeply disturbed and disappointed by my family’s recent experience with Fundamentals Communications. My autistic toddler was reportedly assaulted by one of their outside therapists during a session at his ABA center. According to the center staff, the therapist pulled and yanked my child’s arm/wrist as he attempted to leave the therapist’s room. This behavior is completely unacceptable — especially toward a vulnerable child with special needs. I trusted this organization to provide compassionate, professional care, but instead my son was treated in a way that causes me great concern for his safety and well-being. Parents entrust therapy providers with their children, often in sensitive and challenging situations. Any form of physical aggression, especially towards a child with autism, should never be tolerated. I strongly urge other families to exercise caution before using this service.
