Working for Fundamental Development ABA has been such a great experience. I have worked for several ABA agencies in the past and struggled with disorganized administration and unsupportive clinical directors. At Fundamental, you never feel alone and are always supported with the clinical director by your side. In addition, she genuinely cares about each individual client and checks in frequently. From a clinical perspective, the work environment is collaborative and supportive. Therapists and BCBAs can expect quick communication from her if there are ever any issues that come up with any of your cases. You are never made to feel like anything you bring to her is too big or too small. Communication is definitely key with this agency and you can be sure to have your voice heard.

I am a former owner of an ABA business in another state that was very similar to FUNdamental Developmental ABA. Like many industries, ABA companies have a range of quality...some providers are good, some not so good. FUNdamental is one of the GREAT ones. The owner is very compassionate, highly skilled, and extremely tuned into the need for young children to learn through "fun" activities. I wish all ABA providers were like this.
