I've had a very good experience here, they are willing to work with your schedule and actually do call when spots open up. Some places forget all about you once they hang up the phone. But, I have to especially brag about my kids' speech therapist, Haley McKenzie! Over the years, I've had a few kids in speech therapy, in a few different places, with many therapists. Of all of them, Haley is our favorite. She is so friendly and communicative with myself as the parent, but even better than that, she is so great with my boys. They love her and run to her when they see her. One of them says "I love Miss Haley" when I tell him we're going to see her. Because they are so comfortable, they have grown exponentially in speech since they've been working with her. We had a different therapist before her (at a different place), and neither were making much progress, but I just figured they needed more time. However, when Haley took over, they each made so much progress so quickly, that I knew it must be her. She is special to them and I can't thank her enough for her kindness and ability to connect with them. I also have to note, that we've seen therapists in the past that were a little rude. I've had one act superior because my 1 year old wasn't using a sippy cup with a straw yet. She bragged that her own child was using one by 8 months. I mean, come on. Both parent and child should be made to feel comfortable and confident with the work being done. We moved a year ago and when looking for a new therapy place we landed at Fundamental Therapy Solutions and it has been an easy transition and perfect fit for our family!

I am giving 5 Stars to not only Fundamental Therapy but mainly to Justin Perry! My son has made so much progress with Justin working with him! My son has seen many speech therapists over the years since he was 2! He is 6 now and I am so amazed at the progress Justin has made! My son loves going to his speech appointments every week!

I can’t say enough good things about Fundamentals. My son attends ABA and speech here, and is doing very well. We are about to enroll another child . Sam Fox (SLP) is the first speech therapist to recognize my son as a gestalt language processor, and taking a new approach to his therapy really unlocked his progress. Taylor is our BCBA and she has been wonderful and flexible with his programming. We feel supported , which means so much. We appreciate our entire team at Fundamentals and highly recommend.

My son was a client for three years with the same provider who knew he had reading and feeding issues. It was not until two months prior her leaving after my own research that she informed me that Fundamental provided both services he needed. They suck you in by telling you they have a 30 minute spot for you and that a longer spot will open very soon and your child is at the top of the waitlist. Do NOT fall for this. It’s a LIE. They have waitlists over one year long. They accept everyone despite never having the staff or time to actually provide your child with the length of session they RECOMMEND after evaluation. All they care about is getting your money. Then the owners will refuse to call you back when you have an issue. There are plenty of other providers in this area who know what they’re doing and that have integrity and actually want to help people.

Everyone at that place is very caring and they treat you like family. Our son was there doing ABA, OT and SPEECH for about a year and I can’t say nothing but good things about them. He is now at a school and he is doing excellent thanks to everything they worked on with him.
