I have had lots of physical theraphy in my lifetime and this place is the best hands down! Therapists are so caring and explain in a way that you never feel foolish. I love the pool theraphy. I would recommend this facility to everyone needing help.
Hannah, Molly and Riley were amazing. They really helped me feel better and took all of my concerns seriously. They were patient with me with my other health issues and were super kind when I felt embarrassed. Thank you!
Every session hurts so good! Thanks for the pain. Lol
I really appreciate all of the help. I appreciate the kindness and the encouragement from all of the therapists. They make an Excellent team!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Balance Center is truly excellent! JEAN has provided such great care for my shoulder, and I’m so thankful to finally be in less pain and gaining my flexibility back. As a Tricare patient, I’ve had nothing but smooth experiences here. Scheduling is easy, and I’ve never run into any gaps in service. The front desk keeps me updated whenever they submit requests for continued care, which allows me to follow up with Tricare and get approvals before my current referral runs out. Their clear communication has made the whole insurance process simple and stress-free. I highly recommend Fyzical Therapy and Balance Center—not only for the outstanding therapy, but also for the way they support patients every step of the way.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Balance Center has been absolutely wonderful! Jean has done an amazing job helping me with my shoulder. Thanks to her care and expertise, I’m now pain-free and regaining my flexibility. The whole experience has been so positive, and I can’t recommend them enough for anyone needing physical therapy
Fantastic facility with truly caring and compassionate therapists. I only wish I had known about this place years ago when I first started losing my mobility. Over the years, I’ve been to five other physical therapy clinics in Wasilla. While many of them also have kind and dedicated staff, this is the only facility equipped with the right tools to help people with mobility or balance challenges get up into a standing position. If you’re a wheelchair user or struggle with balance, this clinic has both the specialized equipment and knowledgeable staff to support you. I highly recommend it if you want to get the most out of your physical therapy sessions.
Very welcoming, knowledgeable, and understanding staff. They remember little details you mention in passing. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking.
I'll start off by saying I enjoyed the therapists, to include the owner. I am military. I got referred off base to this clinic, and everything was going well until I started running into this clinics scheduling policies. They have a local policy preventing them from reserving appointments in their schedule without pre authorized visits issued from my insurance. Every month they would request more, but until the insurance re issued them, they would not reserve a space on the calender for me. Even though my insurance issued these in a timely manner preventing any kind of lapse in payment to this clinic, they filled the schedule up and by the time they got the authorization back, I would have to wait several weeks for space to get back on the schedule. They cited this policy as being in place because of I was seen without insurance I would have to pay. This is obviously true, but not the problem. The core of the problem is reserving appointment slots in the future for me, so that when my referral comes back I can be seen with no lapse in care. My surgeon wanted me to be seen 3 times a week, and this business struggled to see me once a week averaged out. I brought this to the attention of the manager, and owner, and gave them a month to address this, and after that month I was told this is the way it is and they will not be changing their policy. My insurance policy is to blame (Tricare) I called a different business, that clinic said they don't work their schedule that way, and I will not run into the same problem of lapse in care and will have no problems. Overall, I feel this business blamed my gap of care on being a military member and Tricare, instead of the real problem which is their businesses local scheduling policy. They were unable to come up with any solution, and told me EVERY service member and VA patient will face the same exact scheduling issue with them Over the course of 3 months, their scheduling procedures cause gaps in my care 4 times, each time lasting 2-3 weeks before I was able to be seen reliably at the rate my surgeon was requesting. And even then, it would only last about 2 weeks before they would need to re request visits and the cycle restarted. If you wear or wore a uniform, I would tread lightly and consider seeking care elsewhere until their scheduling protocols are fixed and can provide continuous care to service members. I have also placed a complaint with patient advocacy in hopes of resolving this issue for all service members going forward. I wish this business success but not at the cost of service members care. If this business says Tricare is incompatible with their scheduling they should not accept it.
