Fyzical Therapy and Balance Centers, Castle Rock - Pediatrics & Adults

The practice seems to cater primarily to children so I was pretty shocked to arrive at PT and be sitting in a waiting room full of boogery, coughing infants and toddlers. Nobody was at the desk and I considered just ducking out. I was seen and the care was adequate but sitting in a Petri dish isn’t my cup of tea and I prefer to have PT in a more mature environment. Not a complaint, just a heads up that it’s like a daycare. I love kids but not really in this situation. It’s probably great for kids though.

I LOVE my PT here, however I was just informed when cancelling an appt a WEEK ahead of time that it would be “counted as a cancellation”. I do PT continuously for one thing or another, and have never had an issue cancelling appointments with a weeks notice. The girl at the front desk was more than happy to delete my appts going forward (scheduled thru December) and was not friendly. She just kept repeating I signed a contract (I did not) and had to keep my appointment or be removed from the schedule. I’ve never had a medical practice of any kind try to tell me I have to keep appointments for 12 weeks except shady chiropractors in the past. 🚩🚩🚩 Be aware if you are looking for OT or PTs that this location has questionable policies and you are agreeing to return for 12 weeks at the same time no matter what you are being seen for. Everyone I have seen at both locations (since June 2025) have been great up until this point. 8/28/25 Edit: the owner contacted me and I have gone back a few times. The front desk is obviously upset I complained about the policies and the way the one girl talked to me. 9/30/25

Abby Culbertson of Castle Rock Fyzical and Balance Center in Castle Rock, CO is the Physical Therapist who worked with my on the rehabilitation of my shoulder after full shoulder replacement surgery. She is professional, personable and thorough. She is very knowledgeable on the healing process, and worked diligently with me in a firm and gentle manner. Her professionalism made the recovery process a positive experience with a hopeful outcome for a full recovery. I would highly recommend Abby for anybody who wants to experience a positive physical outcome.

From the very first visit it was clear that Abby is passionate about what she does and truly invested in her patient's progress. The results speak for themselves -not only have I seen real improvement, but our daughter enjoys and looks forward to going to Fyzical to see Abby! We absolutely love seeing our Abby! She has been working with our 16-month-old daughter, and we couldn't be happier with the care and attention she gives at every session. She's incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always makes our sassy daughter feel comfortable and engaged. It's been amazing to see the progress our little one has made, and we truly look forward to every visit. We're so grateful to have found someone so passionate and dedicated—she’s been such a wonderful part of our daughter’s growth journey!
