Fyzical Therapy and Balance Centers, Castle Rock - Pediatrics & Adults

I originally wasn’t going to write this review because the customer service after the situation I’m about to describe was acceptable. However, after recently hearing another parent share the exact same experience, I felt it was important to speak up. My daughter had been receiving speech therapy at Fyzical for quite some time, and we loved her therapist. When the therapist left, we were told parents would be contacted about continuity of care and reassignment. Unfortunately, no one ever reached out to me. Weeks went by without communication, and it wasn’t until I complained that someone finally followed up. While staff were helpful once the issue was raised, the lack of proactive communication caused unnecessary stress and disruption in my daughter’s care, and we chose to move to another clinic. Continuity of care is critical for young children in therapy, and I hope the clinic improves its communication so other families don’t have the same experience.

Have been here for OT, PT - wonderful staff with great insight and professionalism - evaluation process was quick and easy, with treatment plan followup done quickly. Front desk staff is amazingly helpful too, so impressed. Definitely recommend for pediatric and adult therapy needs!

They were somewhat busy and switching to a new software. The lady at the front desk handled everything like a champ and in a friendly professional manner. Others would have fallen apart but she had tremendous grace under pressure.

FYZICAL Castle Rock has been wonderful for our daughter’s therapy. Ben (OT) and Julia (Speech) are both extremely skilled and truly see her as a whole child. They meet her where she’s at, celebrate her small wins, and push her in such a supportive and playful way. We are so grateful for the progress she has made and for the way both therapists make her feel safe, successful, and proud. Highly recommend!

Our neurodivergent son has been a patient of Fyzicals occupational therapy program for over 3.5 years. His growth in working with Ben Feiten has been phenomenal and truly life changing. As a 20 year pediatric healthcare worker, I have rarlely seen a child as excited as my son is when it's time for therapy. Bens compassion and love for OT truly shows through his patience, and ability to create a fun and inviting session that is individualized for each of his patients. I highly recommend Fyzical and most of all Ben!

We’ve been fortunate to have some great feeding therapists for our daughter. That being said, Ben is by far the best one we have been able to work with! His passion and care truly shows and we have had great results working with him. Our daughter looks forward to her sessions with Ben each week.

The practice seems to cater primarily to children so I was pretty shocked to arrive at PT and be sitting in a waiting room full of boogery, coughing infants and toddlers. Nobody was at the desk and I considered just ducking out. I was seen and the care was adequate but sitting in a Petri dish isn’t my cup of tea and I prefer to have PT in a more mature environment. Not a complaint, just a heads up that it’s like a daycare. I love kids but not really in this situation. It’s probably great for kids though.

I LOVE my PT here, however I was just informed when cancelling an appt a WEEK ahead of time that it would be “counted as a cancellation”. I do PT continuously for one thing or another, and have never had an issue cancelling appointments with a weeks notice. The girl at the front desk was more than happy to delete my appts going forward (scheduled thru December) and was not friendly. She just kept repeating I signed a contract (I did not) and had to keep my appointment or be removed from the schedule. I’ve never had a medical practice of any kind try to tell me I have to keep appointments for 12 weeks except shady chiropractors in the past. 🚩🚩🚩 Be aware if you are looking for OT or PTs that this location has questionable policies and you are agreeing to return for 12 weeks at the same time no matter what you are being seen for. Everyone I have seen at both locations (since June 2025) have been great up until this point. 8/28/25 Edit: the owner contacted me and I have gone back a few times. The front desk is obviously upset I complained about the policies and the way the one girl talked to me. 9/30/25
