Gateway Pediatric Therapy

The lady who works here named Natalia has a very disgusting attitude and does not want to help people! She is there to receive her paycheck and go home I wouldn’t recommend this business to anybody if I could give it 0 stars I would! She needs to be fired immediately for her disrespect and nasty behavior.

If I could leave a zero I would. This place is an absolute nightmare to deal with. They wasted so much of our time. If you wonder why this place always has availability it’s not a coincidence! They make you jump through hoops to get in and they put money above the childrens needs. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Gateway was an absolute disaster for my son. The services he received were okay but they did not treat their staff well and there was high turnaround because of this. They wanted to continue to change my son’s technicians because he was easier to work with than some of the other kids so they pulled his more experienced technicians to put them with more difficult cases and gave my son the new people. Their billing department is a total joke and doesn’t know what they are doing. It has been 2+ years since my son went there and I am STILL dealing with their incompetence. There are so many other places you can send your kiddos that are much better than this joke of a company. Beware if you decide to send your kids here.

I have serious concerns about the operations at Gateway Pediatric Therapy. It appears that the well-being of their behavior technicians is not prioritized, with minimal support and recognition provided for their hard work. Additionally, there seems to be a lack of focus on client autonomy, which is essential in ABA practices. The emphasis on data collection often overshadows the quality of care and individualized treatment plans. I hope the clinic takes these issues seriously and works toward creating a more supportive environment for both staff and clients.

Gateway needs to train there behavior technician better on how you treat the kiddos they should have the mind set what if that was my kiddos. Also they need to drug test there up coming stuff and old stuff this company is a big mass of a business. Parents run do not send your kid there.

It would be traumatic to have to recount exactly how this facility has affected my daughter and I. Just know that I would not recommend ANYONE going here, let alone bringing a vulnerable child to be subjected to the "care" provided here. I still can hardly believe how shady and unprofessional they were. It was heartbreaking to be so let down and deceived by a place that is supposed to put children's needs first.

I don't understand all these bad reviews? These techs got my daughter talking, she loves coming here & they are great with her. My daughter can get be out of control, I was scared to leave her with strangers but within 2 weeks she said bye to me from the elevator & I knew great things were happening. I'm grateful for gateway.

My son have been in gateways for last 2 years. We are suffering badly because we lost the most important time for my son. Gateways technicians have no experience. They keep promising they will find us experienced technicians. Most of the Technicians come late, and most of them don't wanna do work. They just sit there and play with their phones the whole entire time. It's like hiring a cheap babysitter. If we call gateway and have any sort of problem they talk to us in very rude manner. We talk to the supervisor so many times about the lack of tech don't wanna work nd their behavior and there is no response by the Supervisor.
