My roommate hung himself in the shower there years ago the nurse was to busy looking at tattoos on her phone I told her 3 times he’s been in there a long time finally they checked and he was already gone. Used his shoe laces to hang himself in the shower. Not gonna say his name but I pray for the man’s soul even to this day I was his only roommate was a messed up situation smh he seems like a good dude we were talking and his daughter was murdered a year prior and he got hooked they wouldn’t give him anything tho for days but I was there for alcohol so they had to give me shit so I don’t seizure up and die. Staff was actually pretty nice to me they are severally understaffed also and under funded and you can tell just by walking in lol I had no clue where I was going because I went from the hospital to there or I would have not gone there honestly. Also drug dealers are across the street so makes it hard for a lot of people to stay. I met some good people in there tho let’s just say it was a crazy detox
It's not bad but the drama is real out there
I had a great experience here.
I gave a bad review and I really thought about it it was me when I went I was in a bad place and time, to be honest everyone there got me through a really tough time I just want to apologize and I am thankful to be where I am.
This is by far the absolute worst rehab you can go to!! Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else!
Argued with the director for a month for them to sign my "return to work" paperwork. Very unprofessional director ended up hanging up the phone on me as I was trying to get important matters straightened out. What a joke.
I had to go here in August 2019, on my own volition. It's not a bad place like a lot of people are claiming. Most of the staff are kind and caring, but you're bound to have a few bad apples at any job. I never saw one cockroach or any other sort of infestation. The entire building was very clean, as the first thing we had to do every morning was clean it from top to bottom. To the people that are saying this is behavioral modification instead of rehab, it's both. Obviously your behavior needs changed so you don't get back into the situations that led to your addiction.
You stay 28 or 90 no in between. If probation or the courts make you go be prepared to stay the full 90 no matter what you were ordered. I had to stay 90 and I'm still sober today but it was excessive and unneeded to be there that long. You're in one room all day long there is no vending machines you can only drink milk and water. The only good thing about this place is most of the counselors and staff are in recovery. I would only recommend this rehab if you need to get out of jail or you're completely desperate for a place to go. I had coffee, Kool-Aid, and Candy the entire time but only because I was sneaky enough to pull it off. It's sad that they make you practice old behaviors for such simple things other rehabs offer.my name is adrian beck
