Would give 0 stars. My wife called in about severe stomach pains she is 6 1/2 months pregnant. The receptionist told her get a belly band! EXCUSE ME!!!! First of all as a receptionist you're not legally allowed to give any medical advice and had it been me the one who called you would've been jobless! I decided to go elsewhere as this was disgustingly unprofessional. I will update with receptionist name I will come back for update. But I am filing formal complaints. This is a heads up for any pregnant woman. Apparently they do not care! And I am not holding back at all about my child. This issue needs to be addressed and I will reach out to everybody I can until that receptionist is properly reprimanded ! Do your job and that's all! Don't suggest a bs thing to a pregnant woman who's trying to get help. This geisinger has gotten worse than Wilkes barre general over the years it's disgusting!

Front staff have a nasty attitude!

This was my first time coming to this location for my annual womens exam. As I'm sure most women feel, these appointments can be stressful and unpredictable. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. I was not left in the waiting room for more than five minutes before I was quickly taken back to my exam room. The nurse was very polite and thorough when doing my health history. Again, I was not left waiting any more than five minutes before the PA (Chrislyn Cabonilas) came in to do my exam. She was so polite and kind, and for the first time in my life, I had a doctor listen to my concerns and gave me the referrals that I needed. She talked me through the entire exam, frequently asking me if I was doing ok. I honestly believe that if more women had experiences like I did today, people wouldn't dread receiving their yearly exams. Thank you to the amazing staff. You guys rock! See you next year!

My daughter had to get blood work done and I was a wreak, my daughter was not upset one bit. The two phlebotomist made my daughter feel comfortable and it was pain free.

Made me wait in the waiting room forever. What do they care? I signed the pad so they can bill my insurance. That’s all they cared about.

Scheduled A year out just for birth control. Place is a joke!

I never see the same nurse for my pregnancy appointments but every one I've seen have been really nice and have made this experience comfortable for me! They definitely do care that all goes smoothly with your pregnancy.

Trying to get an appointment at the women’s health facility is OUTRAGEOUS. I called for an issue and they said the earliest they can see me is 7 months away. What!?! I’ve never had this happen before. They ALWAYS can squeeze someone in for medical care… until now? They said to go see an urgent care. I’d rather not receive woman’s care at an urgent care?? Please work out your scheduling department so you can actually SEE PATIENTS THAT NEED YOU!

I have my 1st appointment with Elaine T Richards Hercher ,CNM at GYN OB . I get this appointment scheduled after more than one month wait and due to two miscarriages I wants to see OB GYN . When I call them for appointment on that time I already 9 week pregnant and still today it’s supposed to 11 weeks over and I have appointment at 2:30 pm and they canceled my appointment due to provider not available without asking me that if I can make it possible with any further provider . When I call them call attended Heather she so nice but tel me there’s no appointment slot upto month. That’s ridiculous service by this hospital . Now I have to made service with another local OB/GYN after 16 days and hospital knows before patient history still not to wanna cover those patients problem during week . In appropriate behavior and work. Never recommend this place ever. People made request for day off or Indians day off on that day they just canceled your appointment so frustrating and doesn’t care about your health issue ever . Just wanna make money.
