The staff can be good with the exception of one Diane for intake therapy. this individual has a habit of making prejudicial comments toward those who are unmarried, or have non-traditional parenting, in addition to making passive-aggressive remarks about one's mental health. what is the greater issue, is the emergency peer support. last sunday the operator was a bit tired-which was ok due to covid taxing the human services systems-but what was not ok was that the individual who took phone calls on the 11th kept interrupting me, refused to take a message for another staff member about an on-going situation, and refused to answer a follow-up call that I asked to make. For anyone who is reading, STAY AWAY from the peer-support line.

I'm writing this based on watching my younger sister go through the abuse by "Dr." Sethi. He made her stop taking her mood stabilizer (instead of decreasing the amount over the course of a week to two weeks until she was off it, as any real doctor understands). Now she's having horible withdrawals from it (that he says isn't possible even though the medication information says it is). He won't give her her new medication (even though she was supposed to be automatically prescribed the new medication so she could just pick it up and start right away) unless she drives two hours to see him (she's terrified of driving in her current mental state) or she admits herself to the hospital. She shouldn't have to be basically forced to go to the hospital because a so-called doctor doesn't actually know how to be a doctor. I am currently looking into whether this counts as malpractice or not so I can start a lawsuit if it does.
