If you never want to receive your child’s report this is the place to go.Ive never had an issue with them until now.No communication no response from provider.You leave constant messages with front desk and that’s is as far as you’ll get.

If I could give this office zero stars I would!! If you know what’s best PLEASE DO NOT waste your time here!!!

I would leave no stars if it were possible. My child completed an assessment on April 3, 2025 and it is now July 28, 2025 and I have not received the results. The usual turnaround time is supposed to be 6 to 8 weeks. The last communication I had with them was on July 1. I need the results for the new school year which starts on Aug 1 and for him to receive ABA therapy. Please do not use this place as a resource for your child. The lack of communication and unprofessionalism is astounding!

The lack of communication is so disheartening. I have been emailing for weeks now to get the status of my child’s evaluation and none of my emails have been acknowledged. My son has been out of therapy for months now & is not able to return until the evaluation is completed. After this I will not be returning for any future evaluations that may be needed. Do yourself a favor and go with another facility.

Do not bring your child here, they are inconsiderate with other peoples time, they do not respond to emails and if you try calling the actual office the voice machine literally says hang up if you are asking for the status of a report. I was told the eval would take 4-6 weeks and i am now waiting 4 months with no response from no provider. My son is clearly severely autistic and i can not get him the help he needs without his report. Do not waste your time coming here.
