I’m so grateful for the support I’ve received at Georgia Behavioral. The therapists create a safe, understanding space to work through difficult emotions, and I feel empowered every session.

I had the worst experience and need more therapy somewhere else because of it. My child is traumatized and doesn't ever want to go back to therapy. Roderick stayed on his phone the entire duration of our family therapy sessions. He offered little to no help and would talk about things that had nothing to do with us at all when he did speak. He treated my fiance with horrible disrespect. Mary felt compelled to call dfcs and tell them complete and total lies. Of course her accusations did her no good, but due to the trauma my child has endured from countless false calls to dfcs from her father and other people out of pure spite, she should not have been put through that again. They STILL have not removed my child from their schedule and I found out they have continuously billed her medicaid for sessions she has not attended. I plan to call medicaid and let them know about this today. No one ever offered any helpful advice and Mary's extreme far left beliefs make her completely incapable of working with children.
