We are working on my foot issue.
Would strongly caution against utilizing the physical therapy services at this location. Overheard the physical therapists chatting between patient sessions about how one patient talked their ear off. This sort of chatter should not be heard from the waiting area, and really should be refrained from altogether if you're a professional. During my session, I lifted my shirt so that the physical therapist (Suzanne McCarthy) could see the curvature in my back and she commented without prompting, "What were you thinking?" at the tattoo on my back. I was gobsmacked by her unprofessional behavior. Edit 5/2/2022: Reached out to a staff member who was able to take note of the above occurrences and assured that these issues will be addressed. Adding one star back to my review because the team was receptive to constructive criticism and demonstrated a willingness to change.
