Very unprofessional. They reached out to set an appointment for an interview/assessment we scheduled. I get a call the next day saying due to my insurance it has to be done within 10 days of the application ok we reschedule no problem. I didn’t get a confirmation email/call nothing so about 4pm the day before I called them to make sure we were still on they said yes. The next day an hour before the appointment they call and say they will not be able to make it whatever things happen ok so we reschedule. Day off again no call confirmation nothing so we rush home and NOTHING no one shows up. Mind you I have now changed my schedule at work to accommodate them twice. How rude and unprofessional will definitely be using a different company for services because I’m not sure how they run this one ?
Love it so far! Everyone is very friendly! My son and daughter have been here for almost one year, I can say I seen a growth and change in my son and daughter. Parent training is very important. Main focus applying those parent training skills from therapy at home and informing the teacher ( only if they are at school) your techniques use at home and from therapy. I can say this ,We are still here and stronger together. ❤️
