CEO throws tantrums and will close down the center whenever he's upset.

Going on year 2 of waiting for services for my son, I constantly call requesting a call back and no one ever calls back. I left a one star review and they falsely responded saying I never been to their center, called corporate with no assistance. Completely failed me as a parent trying to get help.

ABA Goal Point is amazing! The staff truly cares for each child. The progress my son has made here is outstanding. Every staff member on site truly cares about what they do for each child. This is the BEST place 🖤

The services provided at Goalpoint is truly life changing. The staff is very friendly and professional. If you’re looking for a center in the Warner Robins area I highly recommend them.

I can't express how grateful we are to have been able to receive (and currently still receive) Aba services from such a wonderful place. Andreisy is the best of the best!! She is great at what she does and has a heart of gold. I have never met someone so passionate about their role in the business for the children and families to also include her co-workers. She is 1000 percent knowledgeable and professional as are all the sweet therapists there. We have been blessed to work with Sharon, Maddison, Danielle, Kim, Carley and other's. Each of you had an impact in our lives that we will never forget and will always be thankful for!

I absolutely love goalpoint behavior group! We have attended other ABA spots and this one is by far the most motivated to help your child be the best that they can be! Not only do I feel like they are very caring with the children, but they are extremely knowledgeable! I trust them 💯!

Working with GoalPoint has been and continues to be an amazingly awesome growing experience for my children as well as for myself. Though the process for authorization was extensive, due to insurance requirements, the administration of this organization did everything possible to ease the process for me as the sole caregiver. From top administration down to the GoalPoint staff, everyone takes the time to explain things in a manner which I understand and are eager for my input to select appropriate care processes to meet the needs of my children individually as well as us collectively as a family unit. Working together as a team with GoalPoint staff and administration is the best thing that has happened to my family. I see so many more possibilities for my children and feel confident that they can and will reach each of their individual goals to become productive citizens of the community.
